City Library is a "Place of Possibility", and our spaces, programs and collections are designed for the community to have opportunities to express themselves in many ways. Our library mission revolves around Lifelong Learning supported by our library goals of facilitating experimental learning, challenging conventional thinking, and providing quality collections, all of which lend themselves to self-expression, creativity and discovery.
