Our children use social media to share their lives with friends, family and sometimes people they don’t know. Our handy tips can help you to talk with them about safe online use, from posting selfies to chatting and online gaming.

What will you learn?

This workshp covers the basics of internet security: the things that can potentially go wrong and the simple steps you can take to avoid them. You will also learn some tools to protect your children online.

Does it cost money?
No, all sessions are free.
Do I need to be a member of Logan City Council Libraries?
No, but we would like to join you at the beginning of the training session. It is free to join Logan City Council Libraries, and you don't need to be a rate payer, or live in Logan to join. Just bring some form of identification with your current address to join.
Do I need to book?
Yes, bookings are required. Go to www.loganlibraries.org/events_calendar or contact your local library.
